Eddie's Story:

I've been talking to my Teamster Union Representative: Jim Tobin, about the similarities of the Anheuser-Busch commercials and Costco's actions, in terminating my employment. The timing was to uncanny? Jim agreed and said their was a pattern emerging there? I wondered at that point? If there was a connection. I vaguely remember? Jim, saying over the phone, it would take Anheuser-Busch days? If not hours, to get a team together to start commercializing my ideas!

It seemed strange after eight years of service to Costco, that after the Super Bowl, I would get let go from Costco. I was upset in the break room, I was eating their and seen my Ideas, being used in a Super Bowl game. I got on the phone to my wife and talked about it with her we agreed, what an out-right, theft by the Anheuser-Busch brewery! I know, news travels fast in a break room. I wondered? If it got back to those insiders, of Anheuser-Busch and the Teamsters? If so? It would have been just a -
The Teamsters local 150- Jim Tobin - developed the Teamsters grudge from a letter in 1997 to Congressman Fazio office, to help with a grievance of Eddies. Jim said sure Eddie, if it makes you fell better write the congressman. Then when the congressman responded to Eddies letter, Tobin turned Pumpkin-Head on Eddie

My union rep: Jim Tobin, said at my hearing, that was held at Sacramento International Airport, for some strange reason? The Teamsters and Anheuser-Busch spent a lot of money to arrange the staging of the scandal! They flown in union guys from Los Angeles, to help represent me Vs. Costco and the warehouse manager, Tom Silva and other, big corporate from Costco, would be at the hearing? Jim said, to me, they would be the most fair for me. I didn't know about a grudge, at the time held by the Teamsters?
Teamster Members local 150 Stories:

Jim Tobin, Secretary Treasurer at Local 150 is being sued for sexual harassment!! The problem that I have is that he will probably use our dues money to get out of the mess that he is in. Our dues money would be better spent fighting for the rights of members at UPS instead of footing the bill for his out of control behavior. I haven't met our new agent yet, I know our old one was John Conley who we all liked. I hope this was not another bad move on his part. I know that we as members can't afford to have Jim Tobin run our Local if he is putting our dues money in jeopardy.

I went to Sac County courts online and read the lawsuit and I got to tell you that if Jim did this he needs to be removed from his position as Secretary Treasurer !! It also says that he is creating a hostile work environment, the very thing we depend on our business agent to fight against he is violating himself. I still haven't seen our new agent yet, guess Jim doesn't tell him to visit our facility. We need better representation we pay dues money and deserve a good business agent. Sorry but when there's smoke there's fire, Jim you should quit, sounds like you need to retire NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim Tobin paid $45,000.00 of our union dues money to another staffers in 2006 to settle a lawsuit. Maybe he never learned what NO means. Its time for us to say NO to JIM TOBIN.

Jim has no clue what the members want, looks like his time is occupied with his staff girls. Jim you're too fat, ugly, and stupid to even think you could catch one of those girls. Apparently you have to use your position of power to try and get a favor. We have some gals at UPS that would slap your fat as! if you tried anything with them. I totally believe you are guilty of sexual harassment. You PIG.

I heard that Jim just purchased a Teamster Blue Corvette. Jim do you use this to lure your office girls into your car? Sounds like you are going thru a mid life crisis. It all fits now, sexual predator, Corvette, a little power, air head office staff = loss of position and jail time, LOSER !!

You have a guy you hate and we have a guy we hate. FUC JIM TOBIN TOO !!
We should just hang him with no trial! what the hell

I would also like to add I would just like my name back that the Teamsters and Anheuser-Busch and Costco took remove the black listing so I can get a decent job you guys! I suffered enough from guys like Jim Tobin and Tom Silva of Costco to be blacklisted with their corrupted doings!
